Reflecting on death is a healthy exercise provided it does not debilitate us from living life. Life is described as a mist, a fast runner, a breath, and a wisp of smoke. And when life is not so good, remember that it will not last forever and better days are on the way. This word reminds us of the loved ones we have lost.
